Frequently Asked Questions
Group tours follow a published route and schedule with other guests on board. A private tour reserves the yacht for your party and allows the route, timing, menu and activities to be adjusted with our manager.
A manager checks yacht availability and contacts you through your preferred channel to confirm the date, departure time, route, guest count and final price. The request becomes a booking after you approve these details.
For group tours, booking 2-3 days ahead is usually enough. For weekends, public holidays, private charters and special events, we recommend booking 1-2 weeks ahead.
Tours depart from marinas in Nha Trang or Phu Quoc. The exact pier, meeting time and transfer instructions are sent after the booking is confirmed.
The captain makes the final safety decision. If conditions are unsuitable, we will offer a different departure time, route or date and confirm the available options with you.
Bring swimwear, sunscreen, a hat and any personal medication. Life jackets and the services listed on the selected tour page are provided on board.
